A Brief History of the Manhattan Wedding Collective

In January 2014, a group of Manhattan wedding vendors started meeting. We were looking for community, to learn from each other and for ways to lift each other up. Our common goal was to help local brides have an amazing wedding and make their planning process a little bit easier. Our times together led to lots of fun and BIG dreams. One of those dreams was gifting an ENTIRE wedding (valued at over $50,000) to a deserving couple.

As time went by, several members moved and the meetings became infrequent. In 2019 a couple of the original members had the vision to turn the Collective into something bigger. What if we could compile every vendor in our area into one list, giving couples a head start in their search for the vendors who fit their dreams best.
